As an Analyst you will:
in cooperation with different Customer teams/ programs within the Nordics, create value by generating business insights and be the voice of the customer by seeing the actual customer behind the numbers
perform analysis to provide fact-based recommendations on how to optimize activities to improve sales results and customer experience
be pro-active and take own initiatives for analysis that will help the organization perform better on the market
Your skills and experiences include:
experience from working with large databases involving multiple data sources with programming languages and tools such as SQL, SPSS and Qlikview
ability to develop predictive models and perform statistical analytics to optimize target Group selections
predict and analyze campaign results and calculate customer life time value
familiarity in presenting conclusions and recommendations that are to the point, graspable and easy to turn into actions
Our ideal candidate has a university degree in e.g. business administration, engineering or a quantitative field such as Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics and is fluent in Swedish and able to communicate in English as Vattenfall is an international company.
