Are you a skilled coordinator with experience from different digital tools? We are now looking for a Digital Tools Coordinator to be part of the development of Mölnlycke Health Care’s current and future digital tools.
Your role will be to manage and rollout our digital tools globally, such as new eDetailers, mobile apps and other digital marketing tools. You train local markets in using the tools and ensure updates are implemented. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all digital tools follow brand guidelines and mobile standards. You will be working closely with the digital marketing team, local markets and IT but you will also coordinate our collaboration with agencies and third party vendors. You support Global Digital Manager Tools in portfolio management of all digital sales aids and mobile apps.
This position will report to the Global Digital Operations Manager within the Global Marketing Communications department. The position is full-time and based in Gothenburg.
Plan and execute rollouts.
Ensure training of local market users and an efficient incident process in collaboration with IT
Analyze usage, document change requirements and implement improvements of all global tools to meet local market and customer needs.
Ensure all digital tools follow brand guidelines and mobile standards.
Coordinate and plan updates of existing tools with new content in close collaboration with colleagues in global marketing.
We believe that you have a university degree in Business, Marketing or IT. You have some years of experience working with digital tools for marketing purposes as well as experience of working with CRM platforms, such as Sales Force or Veeva.
To be successful in this role, you have:
Hands-on experience coordinating digital projects in an enterprise setting with many stakeholders.
Experience collaborating with agencies and third party suppliers.
Experience in developing training material and ability to explain complex solutions in a simple and pedagogical way.
Experience with mobile application development platforms/frameworks/tools is a plus.
We are looking for someone with a keen interest in learning new technologies and with a good understanding of available mobile application tools. You are performance driven and goal oriented with the capacity of driving your own work. You have strong motivation to simplify digital tools for the user. Working in this role may imply working under high pressure and within tight deadlines which requires you being able to work efficiently and manage several projects at the same time. You are also a strong team player with good networking skills and strong communication.
