Vattenfall’s Business Area Wind, is now recruiting an O&M Data Analyst for the Analysis Team. This position is very versatile, comprising of several tasks aiming for development of an automated asset maintenance plan. You will be a part of a well-founded team where thinking outside the box is a natural part of everyday work. The Analysis Team supports all Vattenfall onshore and offshore wind farms with underperformance, fault detection and maintenance support.
Retrieving maintenance data from SAP PM/MM;
Relating SAP and turbine alarm data;
Categorizing failure modes and maintenance types;
Calculating component failure rates;
Relating SCADA, CMS and SHM data;
Estimating damage state of critical components;
Creating an automated reliability matrix;
Relating SAP, climate, market and contractual data;
Creating an automated cost and logistics matrix;
Developing asset maintenance plan;
Close collaboration with teams at sites.
Your qualifications as O&M Data Analyst:
Mechanical/Civil engineer or a relevant degree;
Deep understanding of O&M of wind farms;
Excellent experience with SAP PM/MM;
Advanced programming skills, preferably R;
Advanced understanding of failures, preferably mechanical or civil engineer;
Well organized and structured work approach;
Team player with excellent communication skills in English in an international organization;
Ability to work independently with a large personal drive.
The location of this position is Amsterdam. Some international travel to sites and other offices will be required.
