Supply Systems Analyst
Occupational Health and Safety Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment at all times. Ensure that all HSE aspects are considered when developing Supply Documents.
SAP Support:
Systems Support - Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Supply Systems and Processes
Training
Contribute to the development of Supply training materials.
Coordinate Training Resources and People.
Deliver Training as required
Supply Month End Processing
Carry out Supply month end steps, encompassing filing, SAP data cleansing, running / compiling and distributing of reports.
Special Projects
Contribute to Supply Lead Project Initiatives (optimisation initiatives, e.g., Procure to Pay Process Improvements)
Contribute to non Supply Lead Project Initiatives (e.g., DMC / IMC Project).
Teamwork
Maintain a customer service culture within the team to support the delivery of C&P activities throughout the Company.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with peers
Skills and Experience requirements:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
SAP experience essential
HewlettPQC experience essential
Prodpak expereience desired
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong team working skills
Strong communication skills
