Assistant Director of Nursing Maternal & Child Health Riyadh

Pulse International is looking for an Assistant Director of Nursing for the Maternal & Child Health Department of a 500-bed, internationally-accredited hospital in Riyadh.

Job description:

The successful candidate will be a Registered Midwife with a Master’s degree in nursing or a related subject and at least four years experience at ADON level.

The ability to motivate and challenge in a professional manner, to be able to give and take feedback and to engage with all levels of staff in an open, positive and approachable manner is required - in a nutshell we are looking for a senior nurse with a management style which encourages harmonious relationships and teamwork.
