Business Intelligence - Solution Expert and Project Manager

Vattenfall IT is looking for a Solution Expert and Project Manager – Financial Business Intelligence (BI) in team Solution Management Finance and Accounting Solutions in Stockholm, Sweden.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• As a Solution Expert you work as a business analyst. This means to balance IT and business needs. You need to be in communication with the business areas to analyse their requirements, and translate these into efficient and clear IT requirements.
  Your deep knowledge about financial BI solutions assure to find the IT solution fitting to the business needs and bringing this in line with Vattenfall´s BI strategy
  As a project manager you manage the IT aspects of the project with regard to the objectives, within budget, time, quality and scope. This includes
  - Define and deliver projects on international and regional level
  - Management of different project phases
  - Resource planning and resource management
  - Stakeholder management in business and IT
  - Management of suppliers to the project
  - Project risk management
  
  Who are we looking for?
  In this position, you need to have a deep knowledge about financial BI solutions and you should be able to lead larger project teams, international and with various stakeholders.
  You need to have previous experience in project management and in the Business Intelligence (BI) area.
  Ideally you are qualified in at least 1 project delivery methodology. At Vattenfall we are using VPMM (based on PROPS).
  University (Bachelor or Master) degree preferred in information technology or economy
  2-3 years of experience of working in financial BI applications, deep knowledge about preferably QlikView and/or SAP BW
  Strong communication skills
  Strong analytical capabilities and problems solving skills
  Ability to explain complex topics to different audiences
  Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing
  General consultant skills.
