Compensation Analyst

Do you want to shape the future? Vattenfall is now looking for the right person to fill the role Compensation Analyst, to unit Corporate HR Compensation & Benefits in the new Vattenfall organization.

As of January 1, 2014, Vattenfall will operate in two regional businesses, one Nordic and one Continental/UK unit. The new setup will ensure both a strong focus on the Nordic region as well as a structure that allows for partner sharing in the Continental/UK business. This will allow Vattenfall to fully focus on region specific issues and regulations, be more flexible in taking advantage of local growth opportunities and work with an increased regional customer focus.

The Corporate functions

will perform all activities that are fundamental and/or legally required for the functioning of a holding company. Corporate will set up governance for the regional staff functions tailored for each Staff function individually.

Corporate HR Compensation & Benefits:
is looking for a Compensation Analyst. The purpose of the role is to provide support in Compensation and Benefits subjects to HR Managers and HR Business Partners. In addition to this to administer the established Compensation and Benefits programs so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably.

Your main tasks & responsibilities as Compensation Analyst:
• Manage all administrative issues regarding Vattenfall Executives e.g. agreements, contracts, implementation of salary revision etc.
• Collect, compile and produce data that can be presented for internal and external stakeholders
• Act as the interface between Compensation & Benefits Corporate and Shared Services as well as be the representative of company wide projects regarding salaries
• Be the process owner of Data Management for key Compensation and Benefits processes.
• Provide general support in Compensation and Benefits processes to HR Managers and HR Business Partners
• Provide subject matter expertise to key internal stakeholders within Vattenfall
• Conduct analyzes and interpret program rules and policies so that Compensation and Benefits programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization's reward strategy
• As project member contribute to development of group wide Compensation and Benefits process

As Compensation Analyst your have following qualifications:
• Academic degree in HR, Finance or Legal
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in HR, Finance, Legal or related business
• Minimum 5 years of subject matter expertise
• Experience in executing Compensation and Benefits processes both local and international
• Analytical skills and strong IT skills to ensure that operational work is effectively managed
• Fluent in English and preferably Swedish, speaking as well as written

Stockholm, Berlin or Amsterdam.
