Pulse International is looking for a Consultant Paediatrician for a fabulous new project in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
Job description:
Opened in 2010 this is the first non-hospital medical facility in the Middle East which caters for patients of all ages who no longer need to be in hospital but who require long-term intensive care (which usually includes ventilation support) and rehabilitation.
While maintaining a home-like environment the unit offers the very latest in intensive-care facilities. 24-hour nursing care is offered and an Intensivist is on duty at all times. Rehabilitation plays a very important part and at all times the aim is to allow the patient to realised their potential as a person and, as far as possible, to be able to fulfil their hopes and dreams.
The successful candidate will be an experienced, western-trained Paediatrician with CCST or western equivalent. He / she will work within the centre and will also visit Intensive Care Units in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain to teach and to evaluate patients, consulting other specialists as required.
