Consumer Insight Manager

CBMCI - Customer Base and Consumer Insight Management

The CBMCI team develops and implements Group strategies for Customer Base and Consumer Insight.

Responsibilities and duties:
As Consumer Insight Manager of Tele2 Group, you will manage key consumer insight initiatives for our 10 markets. You will be in charge of setting requirements, designing and analysing both quantitative (ex Brand Tracking, Segmentation/Target group development) and qualitative research.

Competence and experience:
Required
Extensive experience of designing, monitoring and evaluating qualitative and quantitative research across geographies and culture (at least 7 years).
Extensive experience of creating actionable, business driving recommendations from research.
Excellent project management skills.
Degree in Statistics or similar
Excellent collaboration skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Desirable:
International experience and cross-cultural understanding is desirable, as well as previous experience from the telecom industry.

The job is based in Kista, Sweden, but will require some travelling.
