•Be the contact point between operational management and escalation management, being responsible for following.
•Manage Sales and Customer expectation on time-to-completion for a given transaction request
•Maintain ongoing communication with both internal and external customers via telephone or email and required for order status updates.
•Understanding and applying current business practices, pricing policies, revenue recognition policies, migration policies, risk management, credit and current sales compensation guidelines;
•Order Management - since the order is placed in the system, until all process is completed (coordination of internal procedures: getting the order booked, assisting in changes, prioritizing it, coordinating actions between cross functional teams); •Providing transactional support, in terms of administrative work, bridging between the Customer & Partner Experience organization (FSRMs and CSRMs), Sales agents (Account Managers) and Partners;
•Establish the point of contact between escalation management and Regional Ops teams;
•Bridge between Sales and cross-functional teams: giving support order validation, changes, expedites, pre-ship and post-ship support, returns, cancellations, customized deliveries, etc.;
•Inbound and outbound management of requests through case management tool (CRM – Salesforce);
•Run and analyse reports in order to follow the appropriate direction;
•Quoting requests;
•Deal ordering and booking readiness;
•Booking Requests;
•Claims, order re-allocations;
•Doing reports and data analysis;
Our profile of preference:
•Fluent in English;
•Second Language (ad value);
•Colleague (university) degree;
•2 to 3 years of business experience in sales administration, business support; •Good communication and interpersonal, problem solving as well as decision making skills;
•Reliable, responsible, self-driven, result orientated personality;
•Ability to deliver results in cross cultural and virtual organizations and to work with remote management model;
•Understanding of “business support” function in a proactive way;
•Good Excel skills (mandatory);
