C & B Manager & HR Shared Service Manager, North Asia

Job description:

Manage delivery of successful solutions to Reward issues through the Reward & Recognition Team
Manage reward resources to deliver accurate, cost effective and timely support to the business, meeting reward performance targets
Manage reward and recognition enquiries as escalated from the HRS Contact team, providing timely resolution in line with policy
Analyze trends in reward and recognition issues for improvement
Work with COE to evaluates and recommends changes to compensation policies; develops new, enhanced or revises existing compensation and benefits programs based on direction
Ensures that total compensation policies and practices conform to country and corporate guidelines.
Plan, conduct, and participate in selected salary surveys. Analyze surveys to determine market competitiveness. Match company salary structure, implement company annual salary planning and forecasting. Performs and oversees analysis of job evaluation, company grading system, competitive wage rates, design of compensation packages and other related compensation and benefits projects.
Work with COE and HR BP to Design / establish / upgrade / communicated supplementary benefit (cash and non-cash) to enhance employee loyalty and overall retention at country level – China
Work with HR BP to design / evaluate / upgrade / implement company incentive program. (sales incentive, service incentive, etc)
Keeps informed of new trends, developments, laws, and regulations related to the administration of compensation and benefits.
Maintain HR sytem to ensure smooth operations.
Manage HR shared service resources to deliver accurate, cost effective and timely service to the business
Drive continuous improvement of the HR Services operation and line manage the Service Operations team
Manage the relationship between HR Services and specific Business Units
Monitor HR Services performance in relation to service standards in each HR function and other organizations and identifies initiatives to improve services
Support HR function in achieving cost effective high quality services through external providers management including mandatory benefits vendor, supplementary medical insurance vendor, etc.

Manage HR connect to enhance employees’ satisfaction
Conduct and manage all HR related reports with all BUs and give advise and analysis as required.
Work with COE and HR BP to ensure budget process done well.
Work with Business HR partner to track new employee’s performance and ability through evaluation system in the probationary period in order to ensure successful follow up.
Lead HRIS development, deployment and maintenance to improve HR operations efficiency and smooth HR operations.
Support HRD to execute other assigned HR programs.
Coach and develop team members.
Interact with government and consulting agencies and keep apprised of government labor laws and regulations.

Experiences Desired:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in the field of C & B or human resources.
Self-directed, process oriented, strong business acumen, attention to detail, ability to drive consensus in decision making and problem solving, ability to coach
Must have strong oral/written communication skills.
Broad Knowledge of HR disciplines and practices.
Ability to develop and translate strategies and plans in to action - sense of urgency.
Demonstrated ability to positively influence others.
Demonstrated usage change management techniques in a business setting.

Knowledge and skills:
Knowledge of the theory and practice of C & B
Working knowledge of HR fundamentals
Comprehension of business, business strategy, and how to link HR initiatives to overall business
Excellent communicate skills and good command of English
Demonstrated ability to work with and manage an HR function in a complex, changing environment and deliver value-added results to the organization.
Performed effectively in a matrix, cross-functional environment.
