Family Medicine Physician

Our client is a 200+ bed American funded private hospital in China.
They are currently looking for a Paediatric Consultant to join their team.

Job Description

Title: Family Medicine Physician
Department：Family Medicine department

General Statement of Duties:
As a medical professional, provide excellent medical care to patients
Participate in marketing activities to promote both medical services and Hospital
Achieving business objectives under CMO responsibilities
Supervising Officer：Head Of Family Medicine
Supervision Exercised: N/A

Primary Duties:
Individual medical practice
1. Deliver excellent & safe medical service to all patients at the Hospital：

Evidence Based Medicine
Case review at 8.30 in the Seminary room (share other Doctors experience)
Respect Chinese medical policies (Antibiotherapy prescription < 25%,…)

2. Emphasis on Service and fulfil patient expectations
Explain the risk/benefits of procedures & treatment
Always add some preventive advices
Global information

Be a Team Player:
Help any colleague who needs an advice or a hand in the ER (if you’re available)
In Hospital all others Departments (promote the others specialists: Gynie, Dermatologist,…)
Help the Department Head to write and implement the guidelines & policies

Support marketing team to promote medical service scopes, medical professionals and Oasis Hospital as a whole:
1. Participate in marketing promotional activities as required and in various means (seminars, workshops, writing articles for magazines and blogs etc）
2. Be responsible for penetrating International patient communities.

Achieve the business objectives with the support of Oasis Hospital management:
1. Do the best to fulfill the target discussed with the department head.
2. Accomplish all preparations for JCI accreditation in line with Oasis Hospital’s plan

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Abilities, Skills, Traits： Professional skills of Family Medicine; Attending physician
Minimum Education Required：MBBS / MD degree
Minimum Experience Required：More than 10 years in Family Medicine
