Financial Controller Ukraine

We are looking for a Financial Controller for our hotel. He/she will be a member of the Management team and report directly to the General Manager. The Financial Controller will be responsible for:

Job description:

Leading Finance, IT and Purchasing department
Preparation of the yearly budget and monthly update of the forecasts
Monthly reporting for the Head office (Profit and Loss account) and comparison with budget and forecasts
Preparation of the financial statement required by Ukrainian law
In charge for all legal and insurance matters in the company (contract with the suppliers, lessee, etc)
Cash Flow management

Personal Requirements:
Financial background, BSC in Finance or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience on leader's position
Advanced language skills in English and Russian, written and spoken
Business orientation with excellent knowledge of Microsoft environment
International working experience is advantage
Highly motivated, enthusiastic and loyal individual with leadership qualities and analytical
