This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic General Practitioners to join the Welsh Health Board in a role that combines the benefits of salaried post working with Neath Locality, managed practices, other GP practices and the Community Networks to deliver revitalized high quality local Primary Care Services.
HCL International is seeking to recruit two salaried GPs to provide a comprehensive range of clinical duties at a established managed practice. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and provision of high quality primary care services.
Requirements:
- Full GMC Registration with a licence to practise and entry on the GP Register
- Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in General Practice/ Certificate Confirming Eligibility for General Practice Registration or equivalent
- Included on the Welsh Medical Performers List or eligible
- Proven ability to handle a busy and varied primary care caseload and respond flexibly to workload fluctuations
- Ability to take independent clinical decisions when necessary and to seek advice from senior doctors as appropriate
- Ability to develop and sustain relationships with a wide range of individuals and within groups
- Flexible approach
- Motivated and efficient
- Commitment to learn and best practice
Terms:
- Salary Circa £53,781 - £81,158 per year
