Quality Coordinator

We want to exceed our costumers' expectations when it comes to quality! Do you want to be a part of that? We are growing. We are growing fast. To meet but also succeed the customers’ expectations when it comes to quality we need to be in the forefront.

At the Global Quality Department in Stockholm we set H&M´s global quality requirements for all types of products. These requirements are based on the customers’ expectations and with consideration for chemical and environment, safety aspects and legal regulations.

Now we need to strengthen our team with a Quality Coordinator, which means coordinating customer feedback and quality issues within ladies accessories, shoes, underwear, swimwear, nightwear, socks and tights. To make that possible you will have several Quality Specialists by your side with specific knowledge about the mentioned products. As a Quality Coordinator you will have close communication with the buying teams to be able to support and influence towards good quality solutions. All with our customers’ perceived quality expectations in mind!

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Understand the customers’ quality expectations, through customer feedback from shops, surveys and competitor analysis. Share it within the organization.
• Coordinate and find solutions to quality questions together with buying side, production and specialists at the Global Quality Department.
• Suggest, influence and support on quality goals and focus areas set by the Buying Office in cooperation with specialists at Global Quality Department.
• Run trainings/workshops for the Production Offices and Buying Office within e.g. quality awareness and customer expectations.
• Participate in/run quality improvement projects.

To succeed in the role, you need to:
• have experience within production of several/any of the mentioned product groups
• have knowledge about buying and production methods
• are quality and environmentally focused
• are a good networker and communicator
• are good at English, both written and verbally
• are structured and organised
• are a team player
