H&M are looking for a men´s shoe buyer!
Are you a creative and professional men’s shoe buyer who would love to work for H&M? We are now looking for new buyer to join our H&M Men´s Department situated at our global Buying and Design Office in Stockholm, Sweden. H&M continues to grow and wants to strengthen the H&M Men´s wear Shoe Team with a buyer. We are looking for people with experience from creating and developing shoes for retailer or brand.
BUYER H&M SHOES
The role as buyer for H&M Shoes at the men´s department includes the following:
· Setting vision and goals together with the section head and product designer
· Building the assortment and have the right product at the right time in the right quantities
· Work with strong customer focus
· Developing the products together with other members of the menswear team
· Planning and budgeting based on goals
· Sales follow-up, evaluation and taking action on goals
· Finding new ways to increase selling and profit
· Involve, delegate to, develop, inspire and set goals and tasks for buying assistants
· Cooperating with production offices
We are looking for you who have/are:
· A passion for fashion and shoes
· Experience as a buyer including assortment building and product development within shoes, retailer or brand
· A degree in economics / purchasing
· Leadership experience and qualities and a strong will to do business
· Strong salesmanship and commercial thinking
· Analytical thinking and an ability to take a wider view to plan, organize and prioritize
· Great team player and can work independently
· Fluent in English and willing to learn Swedish
