Replacing maternity leave for 4-5 months with possibility of extension
Assists with the recruitment for all hotels/departments: places job offers internally and on the various websites, distributes CVs received, etc.
Distributes the internal vacancy list.
Does the preparatory work using SAM for our social secretary and the paymaster.
Prepares contracts, amendments to contracts, letters of promotion, and hiring letters.
Manages the exit files (C4, end of contract letters, etc.)
Does the necessary ‘exports’ using SAM
Keeps the employee files up-to-date (change of address, bank account, etc)
Updates the transportation for all employees on a yearly basis
Files all documents in the necessary employee files.
Follows and respects the social law and advises hotels/departments accordingly.
Manages the ‘chômage économique’ for all hotels: notification of the first day of temporary unemployment each month, orders and distributes the monthly C3.2A documents, inserts these documents in the social security website, etc.
Requests the DKV cards for employees and their family members.
Informs employees of any changes in the DKV price, conditions, etc.
Assists/establishes warning letters.
Declares and follows-up on work accidents.
Updates Imago (Mensura) for the work doctor.
Organises the annual check-ups by the work doctor, sets medical checks after long term illnesses or work accidents, etc.
Organises control doctors to verify illnesses when requested by hotels/departments.
Creates the monthly birthday and recognition list for all hotels/departments.
Completes all the necessary documents for employees (mutuelle, work permit requests, identity card documents, conge parental, crédit-temps, etc.)
Organises and gives a ‘Welcome Day’ training every 2/3 months.
Contacts various institutions to organise internal/external trainings (Horeca, Cresept, etc.)
Establishes the yearly training plan for Horeca.
Updates internal training list in excel and SAM.
Maintains contact with the various schools for visits, internships, etc.
Follows-up on trainee needs within the hotels/departments.
Completes trainee files/contracts.
Attends annual ‘Job Days’.
Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge of a human resources department (either through experience or education)
Good knowledge of French, English and Dutch
