Industrial Relations Nordic recruiting new Head

Vattenfall is Europe's sixth largest generator of electricity and the largest generator of heat. Industrial Relations Nordic is a part of Staff Function Human Resources and represents Vattenfall in EnergiFöretagens Arbetsgivarförening, EFA (Energy Employers' Association) as well as being in charge of liaisoning with union organisations and European Works Council EWC-Vattenfall.

Qualifications and attributes

Applicants must have a Law degree or an HR degree and have worked with negotiation issues for several years. Major weight is given to experience of working with interfacing and negotiating with union organisations. English is the Group language and applicants must therefore be able to express themselves fluently in spoken and written English and Swedish.

To be successful in this job, we believe that the applicant has many years experience of similar work in a larger company, preferably at a global level.

We believe that the applicant is a solid and stable person who is accountable and target oriented. As the position involves a large contact network, both internally and externally, the applicant must show great dedication and strive to interact professionally. Applicant must also have an aptitude for generating confidence and building relationships in a flexible manner as well as having the drive to identify flexible solutions.
