Italian Restaurant Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join our Food & Beverage Department in achieving our financial and customer satisfaction goals as the Restaurant Manager of Filini our Italian restaurant in the Radisson Blu Hotel, Abu Dhabi Yas Island.

Job Role & Responsibility

• Achieving Restaurant revenue goals by executing marketing and sales strategies
• Looking for creative ways to promote strong guest relations activities
• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of standard policies and procedures
• Management of Restaurant staff and supervisors.
• Utilizing leadership skills and motivation to maximize employee productivity and satisfaction.
• Monitoring department's overall service, interaction with other departments, and team work daily, and taking action to improve.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have a positive approach, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for excellent customer service with an emphasis on exceeding standards and guest expectations. The main requirements for the role are:
• A proven track record in a quality environment and should have high customer service and care skills.
• A clear thinker with excellent communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be a native Italian
• Yes I Can attitude
