About Our Client:

Our client is a UK renowned brand known for its growth and high quality customer service. They offer progression within this role as well as high level training throughout this. As well as skin care they offer luxury cosmetics and are known for their high quality products therefore they pride themselves on delivering this.

This job will involve:
Approaching customers with an enthusiastic and easy-going opening
Set daily goals and review throughout the day
Traffic stop with new launches and promotions
Listen and identify customer needs
Ask the appropriate follow up questions in a friendly manner
Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation and/or make over
Know the 'top ten' products
Book a return appointment for each customer

Requirements for this role:
You must have experience within the beauty/cosmetic sector in retail
They are interested in sociable and friendly individuals who have experience hitting targets and KPI's
Sales orientated individuals
A team player who is always motivating their team

What's on Offer:
Our client is offering 8.50/hour + commission
