Our client is a market leading drinks company in South East Asia. They have developed an innovative product with a unique and interesting brand proposition. They have the opportunity to be an extremely disruptive brand in the UK and to really shake up the market.

Job description:

You will be accountable for the following:
- Produce and execute strategic plans for an entry into the UK market
- Define the resources needed to hit operational plans and targets
- Appoint direct and motivate a senior leadership team
- Set the tone of the business by demonstrating the personal behaviours that define the benchmark for an open, co-operative and supportive culture
- Review and approve operational procedures and processes
- Define and manage reporting processes, with appropriate KPIs
- Develop and maintain deep customer relationships
- Promote the business to a range of stakeholders and through personal appearances

The Successful Applicant:
You will be either at General Management, or Commercial Director level within a drinks business currently. You will extremely entrepreneurial, and any experience of working with new brands will be particularly interesting.

You will be seeking an autonomous and exciting role, and look forward to working in an environment where you can make an enormous difference.

You will come from either a sales, marketing or finance background. You will be particularly interested in disruptive marketing and how you can shake up an established market.
