F&B Supervisor

Beautiful luxury Five star Hotel is looking for an experienced F&B supervisor to join their busy team

You will organise and co-ordinate the following tasks together with your team:

-Preparation of the Food & Beverage department for service
-Welcoming and serving the guests
-Organising and managing the team, made up of approximately 20 team members: helping with the rota, training of new starters and on going training of other team members
-Organising the presentation of the service areas and meeting rooms.
-Co-ordinating with the kitchen, reservations and conference and banqueting
-Organising the cleaning routines for the Cellar, Bar Pumps, Still Room, Bar and Conference, Stock rooms, Equipment stores and the Elements restaurant.

Responsibilities:
-To supervise the quality of the services offered to customers, making sure it complies with Elements standards, therefore contributing to the successful launch of all our outlets
-To ensure that productivity ratios are improving and maintained
-To ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive and to generate loyalty
-To train and motivate the Food & Beverage team for which you are responsible
-To be responsible for customer billing, cashiering and auto control procedures
-To fully plan and prepare for the business requirements of the following shift
-To assist in the co ordination of all F & B resources to maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of all departments
-To ensure health and safety rules are complied with Auto control procedure, ordering and receiving goods
-To undertake specific responsibilities set by the Food & Beverage or General manager

Requirements:
Professionnal experience in similar function is a bonus
Must be fluent in english, dutch and french
