Head of Asset Management - Council - London - 12 months

My client, a London Borough Council is looking for a head of asset management. You will also have responsibilities for the capital project team and engineering team.

The Candidate:

Experience of working within a local authority or public sector environment
Engineering/construction background.

The Role:
Prepare and agree budgets for the annual investment plan
Build an effective team through leadership and personal example
