The UK's third largest funeral company is looking for a Head of Pre Need Unique opportunity in a newly created role for a Sales & Marketing Director

Funeral Partners has around 500 staff working in 130 branches across the UK. These branches retain the name of the individual brands prior to acquisition. Job Description:
As a result of expansion, Funeral Partners have a unique opportunity to join their senior management team as Head of Pre Need. This newly-created role reports directly to the CEO and the chosen candidate will be responsible for developing the company's pre-need funeral plan and driving sales throughout branches, affinity partnerships and online. You will be responsible for managing a budget and driving the growth of plan sales by developing an effective online sales strategy as well as through third parties.

The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for entrepreneurial individuals who have a background within consumer sales and marketing, ideally with experience in the financial services industry, albeit not a prerequisite. You should exhibit a creative flair alongside strategic capability with proven new product development experience. We seek someone who can work autonomously with the ability to "roll up their sleeves" without relying on a huge infrastructure around them. Relationship management skills will hold the key to success in the role so we are looking to speak to individuals who have a track record in developing and managing effective Affinity Partnerships with the ability to influence stakeholders. Finally, it is crucial that applicants display a degree of sensitivity for the funeral industry. Funeral Partners truly pride themselves on the services offered.
