Job Description:
As part of the growth plans of Michael Page in Reading, we're looking to introduce a specialist team to the Reading office, focused purely on sales recruitment within the IT/Technology industry. You'll be part of the wider sales team in the office, but the IT Recruiter will be responsible for spearheading the newly-formed division, taking the lead on key customer relationships with a range of clients including global multinationals, SME's and start-ups. With significant investment behind the launch, there are plans to add further heads to the team over the next 2-3 months so there is a clear opportunity for this individual to work towards a leadership role in the near future.

The Successful Applicant:
The successful candidate will come from one of the following backgrounds: - experienced IT Recruiter within the IT/Technology industry - B2B sales experience within the IT/Technology industry - general recruitment experience but with a passion for IT and/or Technology In addition to the skills/experience required, the successful candidate will essentially match the core values of the business and be able to demonstrate delivery of these in a previous personal/professional capacity.
