Hotel Project Manager

Must have previously worked as a client/developer on delivery of luxury hotels.
Must have a strong understanding of development and delivery processes.

About Our Client:

Our client is a well established international developer which is currently investing in Hotels and High End Residential schemes in London. Due to an increasing pipeline of work they are now looking to hire a Hotel Project Manager to deliver this iconic hotel in London.

Main Responsibilities:
- Consultant appointments;
- Rights of Light issues;
- Building insurance and warranties;
- Porgramme management of the Hotel Fit out;
- Quality management & compliance;
- Third party operator management;
- Management of hotel operator design and construction teams

The Successful Applicant:
We are looking for an experience Project Manager who has a proven track record in delivering high end Hotel schemes in London. A previous developer and consultancy experience is a must.
MRICS or MCIOB accreditation is preferable but not essential.
