Oracle Support Analyst - Oracle E-Business Suite

My client, a leading public sector organisation, is seeking an Oracle Support Analyst to join their team in Hampshire urgently. This role will entail focusing on functional support on the clients R12.1.3 instance for the finance modules.

The successful candidate:

will work closely with colleagues within the team to resolve user incidents raised through the help desk, as well as participating in all aspects of evaluation, testing and implementation of data fixes, upgrades and system developments. In addition, the successful applicant will participate with operational colleagues in reviewing business procedures in order to identify and evaluate opportunities for efficiencies and savings.

In order to be considered for this role, applicants must demonstrate:
-Significant experience in a support of consultancy role of Oracle Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections and Ledger Accounting in Release 12. Applicants with experience in version R12.1.3 will be preferred.

- Significant knowledge and experience of working within a Finance function such as Accountancy, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc.

- Previous experience in assisting with the planning of and undertaking of developmental and testing work.

- Previous experience in maintaining non-EBS interfaces, business processes and procedures.

This role will be located in Hampshire and is required to start ASAP.
