Sales Director

Our client is a leading manufacturer of Chemical based products based in the Wessex Region

Job description:

Tasked with developing new channels in Europe and the development of existing accounts, the Sales Director will largely be responsible for a team of Business Development Managers who are crucial to the success and growth of this organisation.

In addition, working closely with the Senior Management team, you will develop and implement agreed business development plans and suitable acquisitions to allow for effective growth of the organisation.

The Successful Applicant:
The Sales Director will ideally be from an industrial product background with knowledge of chemicals and environmental services, with EU regulation experience on hazardous products.

The successful applicant will have:
Have a proven successful sales background
Have a background in team leadership
Have strong leadership skills
Be able to demonstrate credibility
Be able to demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative
Be highly charismatic
Be a strong negotiator
Have an excellent ability to influence
Have excellent presentation skills
Have worked at senior level, with C-Level Executives

What's on Offer:
The successful applicant can expect a basic salary of up to £80,000 + Bonus + Car + Private Medical Plan + Share option scheme + Life insurance.
