This Sales Director opportunity forms a key part of their growth plan for the next five years.
taking full responsibility for profit and loss
increasing market share in existing markets
implementing structure methods for developing increased sales with retail partners
maximising new business development opportunities both in the UK and in Europe
achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
providing direction and leadership for your department
implementing new structures and providing support to the National Sales Team
preparing pre budget sales price/positioning and margin analysis reports for board approval
attending exhibitions and events on behalf of the business
The Successful Applicant:
As Sales Director you will need to be able to demonstrate a formidable track record in growing revenue and driving sales forward. You should have a good understanding of management and coaching techniques in order to further develop our client's current sales team.
Applicants will also need to be strong, personable communicators capable of connecting with both internal and external stakeholders alike.
As the ambassador for our business, you should also possess the following skills:
Drive, enthusiasm, initiative
Superb negotiation skills
Excellent IT, budget and report writing skills
Full UK Driving License
