Job Description:
Junior import merchandiser is required to join this leading knitwear supplier based in Cardiff; due to increased profit my client is expanding and growing their business.

My client is looking for an experienced junior wholesale merchandiser to join their busy and demanding team. Reporting into the senior merchandiser you will be responsible for raising all PO's and effectively managing all orders through the critical path and ensuring on time delivery. While liaising with external suppliers on a regular basis, you will also approve lab dips and strike offs, providing administration duties throughout the life cycle of the product.
This role is very hands on and requires and excellent team player along with strong communication and organisational skills.

The Successful Applicant:
You will have experience in managing the production process for a fashion business, whether that be in a Buyer's Assistant or Assistant/Trainee Merchandiser role, or working for another supplier business within the fashion sector.
