Beauty Consultant

My client are an iconic Beauty brand with a strong global presence. The great thing about this business is that you are rewarded for your work and efforts. You will receive a blend of on-the-job training and coaching to build your specific skills and supplement your personal development. Your progress will be monitored through a regular feedback process enabling you to target specific areas of learning and experience.

The Beauty consultant opportunity will involve some of the following:

Approach customers with an enthusiastic and easy-going opening
Listen and identify customer needs
Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation and/or make over
Know the 'top ten' products
Fully utilise all tools provided by the Company to offer excellent customer service.
To be fully aware of individual and account performance against target and within department.
To ensure the brands image is maximised in store.
To ensure that you are informed about current and new business initiatives and to provide feedback to the Area Manager, Training Manager and Regional Manager.
The Successful Applicant

To perform well as Beauty Consultant - we are looking for candidates who are/have:
Experience of working in a sales environment and working to achieve targets
Enthusiastic and energetic
Strong rapport and communication
Leads by example
Health & Beauty experience is preferable but we can consider retail experience
Strong motivation to achieve - sets high goals or standards of performance for self
Establish courses of action for self and or others to accomplish a goal
Willing to work cooperatively as a team member.
Possesses persuasion and negotiation skills.
