Business Analyst

Top Health Insurer based in London. Business Anaylst position within a large change transformation.

Job description:

To develop a thorough knowledge of the business area and the impact of requested changes.
* To liaise with Business Owners and system users to understand, get agreement and document business,

functional and non-functional requirements, and to identify and resolve issues across affected business areas.

* To assist the Programme/Project Managers in transformation activities, focusing on mapping the business
architecture, introducing other analysis approaches (i.e. agile/incremental/iterative).

* To work with the Programme/Project Managers in identifying Business Resource requirements for projects and communicating to the Technology Delivery Managers, estimating analysis effort and identifying synergies and conflicts across projects.

* To work with business and Technology to develop a comprehensive requirement specification that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources to deploy solutions, and to provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieving the desired objectives.

* To map and re-engineer end-to-end processes and customer journeys.
* To ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in the specification of new services.
* To contribute to, and manage the relationships with the business, Technology and any 3rd parties within the scope of the project.

* To maintain, develop and promote best practice methods for business analysis.

The Successful Applicant:
Ideally worked in a similar role within retail, must have experience in an analytical role or process improvement role.

Must be very confident in your abililty to work with senior people across the business and support a global change transformation

What's on Offer:
