DEVOPS ENGINEER

DevOps Engineer - 6 Months - 450/500 - Surrey You will be working with a Farnham based software company who are looking for a contract DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. You will be working alongside the company's coders, testers, UX and architects to ensure that all standards and processes are employed and continuously improved.

The responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer:

-Managing day to day operations and continued development of client services. -Manage networks and telecoms infrastructure for remote hosted services, the complete applications lifecycle, databases, websites as well as the desktop environment. -Produce cost estimations and timescales for solution delivery. The ideal DevOps Engineer will have experience in the following: -Java Development background. -Experience of cloud computing - Rackspace cloud or AWS. -Automated deployment to different environments. -Previous experience managing the build, installation and support of PCs, laptops, telephones.
