My client is a stable fast food franchise who are experiencing rapid growth.
About Our Client:
The role will require full site accountability and my client will be looking for this General Manager to grow with the franchise and become a future Area Manager.
You will require experience of full site accountability including but not limited too:
-P+L knowledge
-Staff performance management
-KPI and budget management
-New site openings
-Driving sales and marketing
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be a current General Manager seeking a chance to join a growing business to become and Area Manager, or an Assistant/Deputy Manager looking to step up and prove themselves.
What's on Offer:
On offer is a basic of 20-25k plus large bonus.
