My globally renowned FMCG client based in the Surrey are looking for an IT Manager to join their committed and hardworking team.
Job Description:
IT Manager is responsible for all operational IT client management activities. E.g. Providing support to users, managing a small team and assisting with IT Projects
Building a relationship with key staff
Excellent service delivery - SLA and provide excellent customer service
Monitoring performance of all IT systems
Good communication around issues and opportunities
Collaborating with Stakeholders for technology deployment
Ensuring operations teams are aware of changes and are prepared
Liaise with other members of IT organisations and local support partners on IT service issues
Participate in IT-driven projects or IT changes impacting business by ensuring that execution alignment with local business is arranged
The Successful Applicant:
Knowledge about ITIL processes
Understanding of IT Service Delivery
Experienced in both customer and internal IT delivery relationship management
Understand LAN-, WAN, Database- and Server- and application technologies.
