Job Description:
The Interim HR Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Responsible for the EMEA
- Change management
- On boarding
- Employee Relations
- Coaching line managers
- Ad hoc projects
- Process Improvement
The Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Solid International HR Manager experience, West Europe experience preferred
- Change management experience
- Strong On boarding skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Strong Employee Relations experience
- Experience within Media, Marketing and/or Tech Industries preferred
- Able to prioritise workload effectively, strong time management and organisational skills
