Store Manager - Fast Food
The client is a well established entity within the UK currently and operates in over 40 locations. The client is constantly growing and looks to develop internally to senior roles as protocol.
The role would include the following:
Hitting and exceeding KPI's
Ensuring high level of customer service
Dealing with complaints
Monitoring and improving colleagues performance
Visually setting up units and displaying promotions
Handling food, drinks and confectionery items
Auditing each unit
General running of each unit
The Successful Applicant:
The candidate for this role would have previous hospitality experience within retail, has to have management experience and have dealt with a turnover weekly of over £3K
What's on Offer:
The job offer will be between £19-20K.
