Midwife, North Island

Pulse International is looking for a Midwife to join the Obstetric team of a 600 bed regional base hospital, in the North Island. This is a teaching hospital, with links to Auckland University, which offers specialist, diagnostic treatment services to the whole of the Midland region of New Zealand.

A rotation programme, designed to maintain your competencies across the midwifery scope of practice, is offered as is access to extensive educational opportunities. The successful candidate will be a Registered Midwife with at least two years recent midwifery experience. (To work in New Zealand as a Registered Nurse you will need to register with the Nursing Council of New Zealand - and Pulse will guide you through the process.)
