KAPS – Trainee Program

KAPS stands for Kongsberg Automotive + Petter Solberg. It is a trainee program designed to develop young graduates professionally and personally in a global automotive company. The trainee program runs over a period of two years. During these two years you will be given core competence training in your department and you will be given a broader experience through cross-functional training throughout the organization. Some of our trainees will also get the opportunity to work alongside 2003 World Rally Champion Petter Solberg and his team.

The trainee program will provide graduates´ with valuable contacts and experience to increase the development of technical and professional skills, as well as business understanding. Participants are given a unique opportunity to build a career in Kongsberg Automotive. We see that our former trainees fill key positions in our company today.
