LCI Engineer

Management of technical information through methods and processes PEM description. The role holder is responsible for: The overall execution of Life Cycle Information /Documentation for Operations, Status monitoring, quality control and reporting of project documents and technical data Clarification and follow up of all LCI/DFO and As Built activities to be delivered to Company during project execution and final delivery. Follow up the Information Control department and other project units on handling of LCI/ DFO and As built documentation to Company and Close-out and Fabrication Record documentation. Good liaison with the Information Management organisation to ensure project implementation of effective and best practise solutions. Clarify and assist the disciplines in follow up of the contents of the relevant databases with respect to LCI/DFO/As built requirements. Performing internal LCI/DFO quality checks according to Contractors PEM philosophy before final transfer to Clients. The role holder shall on own initiative: Perform review of LCI/DFO related parts of the execution model with focus on procedures, work instructions and standard forms. Prepare necessary project specific adjustments and supplements of the LCI/DFO related parts of the execution model. Ensure that following are reflected in the selection and set up of the project application portfolio: ◦LCI/DFO requirements. LCI/DFO follow-up reporting requirements. Ensure conversion programs, when required, for transfer of data.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Technical Sciences or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in project. Knowledge of health and safety.
Good knowledge of methods and processes.
Good written and oral presentation skills in English and Norwegian.
Good cooperation skills and experience in teamwork.
Have analytical skills and interest in the methods and processes.
Like challenges.
Enjoys working with people in.
Have properties / ability to sell the message and motivate and guide others.
Ability to abstract from the level of detail to the overall management level and vice versa.
