KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to focus on all aspects of the life of this equipment assuring Life Cycle Costs evaluations and standardization of equipment specifications are optimal.
Ability to develop action plans and procedures to assure maintainability of the equipment specified. Ability to develop and implement the appropriate maintenance procedures to achieve reliable operations as project progresses.
Areas of Expertise will include:
High pressure tubing installation & predictive maintenance.
Hyper Compressor
Lubrication systems.
Monitoring, maintenance and repair.
Components disassembly and assembly.
Valve overhaul.
Troubleshooting of Hyper Compressor Auxiliaries system;
High Pressure testing and validation.
Catalyst feed system maintenance
Centrifugal Compressor maintenance
Extruder maintenance
Lead continuous improvement and reliability of the site, operating units and equipment by:
Ensuring systems and tools are implemented to meet statutory requirements
Continuous development and improvement of site standards and procedures
Development of systems, tools and practices to meet all SHER&Q, cost and operating requirements
Co-coordinating and executing shutdowns
Maintaining the integrity of all documentation
Playing a lead role in the management of change procedure
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Minimum of BS Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Good interpersonal skills and teamwork skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
