Manager Nuclear Solutions

Vattenfall is looking for a Manager in Nuclear Solutions (Corporate Staff, Business Unit IT) to Ringhals

Main tasks & responsibilities

Your work tasks will include managerial responsibility for one team of in total 19 employees/ consultants. You will plan, prioritize and lead a group of very knowledgeable colleagues in their daily work and ensure that the group receives the right conditions to reach the goals in a qualitative way. You job is to manage and develop Vattenfall's IT platform in order to keep it effective. You are also responsible for IT projects and application management, in the area of nuclear-specific applications. Finally you represent IT Common Solution team in project steering meetings.

We are looking for an a person with:
•the ability to lead, deliver and communicate in a business with many stakeholders
•the ability to grow the business of the team
•analytical skills – seeing both the whole scope and the details, and a structured way of working
•the ability to build trust and confidence, and to be a team player in a cross-functional relationship with customers
•interest for inspiring and creating commitment within the group as well as for individuals

Qualifications:
•An academic degree within a relevant area such as for example IT, system engineering, business administration or equivalent, is preferable
•You have leadership experience and preferably experience from Applications Management, Development and IT Operations, Project Management and cross-organizational deliveries
•Knowledge about ERP systems such as SAP and DMS
•Knowledge about the energy sector is considered as an advantage
•Fluency in Swedish and English, both oral and written, is mandatory

As a person you are open minded, a good communicator, have cooperation skills and a high level of business orientation. You own the ability to generate and maintain respect and trust from staff and business colleagues.
