Pulse International is looking for a Medical Physicist for the King Abdulaziz Hospital in Jeddah.

Job description:

Internationally accredited, the 531-bed hospital is one of a group of four hospitals located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which together make up one of the largest and most prestigious medical facilities in the Middle East. Within the group there are excellent opportunities for career development and further education.

Jeddah has been a port and trading city for centuries and is a fascinating place to live and work. It’s the second largest city in Saudi Arabia and the recreational tourist and shopping focus of the country.

The Medical Physicist is responsible for ensuring implementation of radiation safety protocols, quality assurance and improvement in radiology, coordination of CPD and supervision of radiology staff in the Medical Physics Department (FMPHC).

The successful candidate for this post will have a Master’s degree in Medical Physics or Radiation Protection and at least two years relevant post-graduate experience in Radiation Protection in a health care setting.

Candidates should hold a western passport.
