In line with SELLBYTEL Group’s Customer Service project, we are currently Norwegian native speakers to be part of an exciting new team, working for the leader in the technological sector (computers, MP3, telecommunication, entertainment).

Our Service will be responsible for resolving Customer’s requests, when possible, in a single telephone call using customer’s troubleshooting protocols:

Responsibilities:

- Provide with accurate information to our customer.
- Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.
- Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties,
refunds…)
- Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and
procedures.

Requirements:
- Native speakers of Norwegian
- High Level of English.
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Good team player with drive for success.
- Previous experience in similar position is a plus.

The contract:
- Salary: 16.000-18.000€ gross/year
- Extensive training on market leading products, personal development programs and
mentoring to fully develop skills.

- Full time positions: 39 hrs/week.
