In line with SELLBYTEL Group’s Customer Service project, we are currently recruiting Customer Service Agents to be part of an exciting team. Our service will be responsible for providing solution to queries, questions, explaining features and advantages of a variety of our client’s exclusive leading products, answering to incoming service calls by:

- Provide with accurate information to our customer. - Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests. - Ensuring the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores - Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds…) - Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

- Native speaker of Norwegian
- High Level of English.
- Excellent communication skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Good team player with drive for success.
- Previous experience in similar position is a plus.
