Norwegian Inbound Sales Representatives, BARCELONA

Our Company SELLBYTEL Group is now looking for Norwegian Inbound Sales Representatives for our customer leader in the technological sector (computers, laptop, PDA’s, telecommunication, entertainment …). This team will be delivering sales support to final customers while providing the best quality on customer care on the Norwegian market.

Main tasks:

- Inbound Sales support and selling of products to increase revenue & conversion rates, while ensuring
the highest level of Customer Satisfaction Surveys Scores
- Achieve sales goals set out on a quarterly basis while providing an excellent customer experience
- Delivery of high caliber interactions, as measured by quality reports and call audits

We are looking for:
- Self-Motivated, focused and dedicated professionals
- Excellent customer facing skills and demonstrable when presenting the client’s culture of innovation,
fun and quality in every interaction.
- Strong Communication skills. Adaptive communication and active listening
- Demonstrable sales and customer service experience

For this position we require:
- Norwegian native speakers
- Fluent in Business English.
- Excellent communication and sales skills in a variety of customer facing situations.
- Sales oriented.
- Familiar with current Technological environment (Previous experience in technological sector is a plus)
- Good team player with excellent work ethic & personal drive

We offer:
- Salary: 16.000-18.000€ gross/year
- Full time positions (39 hrs/week)

develop skills.
