Pulse International is looking for a Nurse Manager for the Accident & Emergency Department of a major trauma centre in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Job description:
This is an extremely busy medical facility and the Emergency Department is vast, seeing over 400 patients daily and with 40 Registered Nurses on every shift. Candidates must therefore have recent experience in multiple trauma..
Managed by a Canadian health care organization this is a great hospital to work in, with imaginative management, a highly motivated workforce and - despite the serious nature of the injuries treated - very low staff turnover.
The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing - a Master’s degree would be an advantage. At least five years post-registration experience is required with three years management experience and at least one year in Accident & Emergency. Experience in poly-trauma is essential.
