Job description:
Pulse International is looking for a part-time, off-site medical professional to provide expert advice in the planning of the Foetal Intervention Programme for a new Medical & Research Centre in Doha
Scheduled to open in 2013, the Sidra Medical and Research Centre will offer the latest technology and equipment to meet world-class standards in patient care, medical education and biomedical research. There will be a sophisticated clinical and translational research programme, general adult medical and surgical services and specialty care for women and children. The centre will be a teaching venue for medical students at Weill Cornell Medical College - a branch of the prestigious Ivy League university in New York.
The successful candidate for this post will have experience in a similar role in a European or North American academic centre and the post is available immediately.
It is envisaged that the post will involve 420 hours over a period of six months and that the post holder will work from his / her home country apart from a short visit to the project in Doha.
