Online Print Responsible

Today, H&M Online produces and distributes catalogues and folders in 8 countries. Over a season we cover around 13 printed units, with a total distribution of over 52 000 000 pcs! In this role you will be responsible for the printed units at Online for the transactional markets. We are looking for a Print Responsible to cover a maternity leave.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Together with production manager, make the over all production plan for the catalogues.
• Update and maintain different plans for the printed units:
(print plan, paper plan, pagination, time plans etc.)
• Liaise with Analysis department to make sure all deadlines for print runs are kept.
• Ensure the various print runs are correctly communicated to print partners and paper suppliers.
• Liaise with our external print partner to secure the production;
paper ordering, file delivery to print, printing and distribution.
• Keep close contact with internal and external teams to ensure an over all smooth production.
• Update internal teams with all print related information.
• Participate in current projects relevant to the job.

The position is to cover a maternity leave, starting spring 2013.
