We at StudentConsulting are looking for Technical Support Agents for our client LN Eurocom and their help desk team in Copenhagen. Rigth now are they looking for one agent who is fluent in swedish and one in norwegian. Knowledge of the Danish language or having interest in learning some is considered an advantage too.
As an Agent at LN Eurocom, you will be a part of the largest call center in Denmark with more than 1.000 employees from all over the North.
Your main tasks will be:
- To deliver service within technical support, customer service and telemarketing
- Answering incoming calls from customers who need technical support with their device, system or product.
You will get the training in the products and systems that you need. In addition, you will be part of a team of good colleagues and team leaders who will help you in your personal and professional development.
The working hours are primarily during daytime, but they can vary. The salary is 120 DKK per hour. LN Eurocom is located in Copenhagen and it is therefore necessary that you are living in or near Copenhagen or willing to commute.
You will be hired by StudentConsulting as a temporal worker, however, it is very possible that you will be offered a permanent position at LN Eurocom.
The right candidate:
Speaks fluently Norwegian or Swedish - Has knowledge or interests in the danish language. - Is outgoing and thrives with giving support through the telephone - Has an interest for and experience with IT - Has excellent communicating skills - Is service minded and patient in regards to solving tasks
